David Vanderzwaag

CEO

David is the Chief Executive Officer of AIRHAWKE and Berletex Aero Design. Prior to his ownership transition with these companies, David initiated and led the first-of-type Large Cargo Door Freighter conversion of the Dash 8-300 with Collins Aerospace and Air Inuit.

He also directed sales and program management efforts for Collins Aerospace across a wide range of aircraft modifications and engineering approvals. His knowledge of aircraft, engineering and the associated regulatory requirements is further backed by an Aerospace Mechanical Engineering degree and five years at The Boeing Company.

Ross Bellingham

President

Ross Bellingham, President, is a Graduate in Mechanical engineering from what is now Dalhousie University. Prior to starting Berletex in 1998, Ross worked at Bombardier and Bell Helicopter for over a decade. Since that time, he has spent nearly 25 years successfully growing Berletex Aero Design from a single employee to a large and skilled team of designers and engineers developing successful VIP interior completions for over thirty-five (35) valued customers worldwide.

Fostering the constant growth of the Company, Ross is always looking to build new relationships while strengthening existing ones while he focuses on business development and operational oversight of the company.

Rachel Vanderzwaag

VP Customer Relations

Rachel is Vice-President, Customer Relations for AIRHAWKE and Berletex Aero Design. With a background in Interior Design and a strong eye for detail and excellence, Rachel is a natural fit on VIP projects, ensuring that the end product meets the standards and satisfaction of our customers.

Furthermore, Rachel has a demonstrated ability to foster deep and meaningful relationships with customers ensuring that every interaction is rooted in mutual success.

ANDREW ARKINSTALL

Director of Engineering

Andrew Arkinstall is the Director of Engineering, leading a vibrant team of Engineers and Designers at Berletex. After spending nearly a decade working in VIP Aircraft Engineering and building relationships, Andrew decided it was time to join Berletex Aero Design to build an innovative and dynamic Engineering team to better suit the ever-growing market in quality Aircraft Conversion Engineering services.

For nearly 20 years, Andrew and his established team have successfully completed over 100 VIP Interior projects, ranging from very large Business Jet families to the newest narrow- and wide-body aircraft from Boeing and Airbus.Berletex Aero Design, an AIRHAWKE company, specializes in custom interior component design and always look forward to the challenge of providing something unique. Under Andrew's leadership, the Company has successfully supported Aircraft Conversion projects all over the world.
